| The approach to your project will be the following: |

Measure the spaces in order to prepare accurate floor plans.

Prepare preliminary drawings and specifications to draft finalized floor plans and specifications.

Prepare elevations for all required spaces/rooms and furniture items.

Prepare specifications and budget estimates for all items and in totality.
-
Consult with architects, contractors or other advisors that might be needed for the project.

Review all drawings and specifications with you and not proceed to the next step in the process until approved by you.

Assist you with supplying of qualified contractors and suppliers needed to complete the execution work for all designs.

Supervision of work of contractors from time to time or whenever necessary.

| 3 Phases of work |

First Phase – Includes taking measurements of the interior space. Work on the furniture layout plans. Work on the concept of design based on the available space, requirements, style and budget. Work on the approx. BOQ

Second Phase – Includes working on the detail drawings. Preparing various options for different items and working on its final cost.

Third Phase – Execution of design as per approved designs and quotation.

| Fees : |
The client agrees to pay a fee 10% on the total project cost that includes all raw material required along with the labour charges. These fees are a part of the BOQ/QUOTE and are not to be paid above the cost mentioned in the BOQ/QUOTE.
The client further agrees to pay expenses by the designer required of this project at the designer’s cost. Expected expenses include travel, food and stay and express charges if necessary. Other expenses may be necessary and will be discussed with you before they are incurred by the designer.
Consulting charges by architects, contractors or other advisors that are required shall be billed directly to you by the company.

| Payments : |

The client will pay an advance of Rs.2000/- ( Two Thousand Only ) per room to start with the measurements and making of layouts for the first phase of work.

The client will pay fees of Rs.3000/- ( Three Thousand Only ) per room to start with the details for the second phase of work.

After submission of the final BOQ, a schedule of payment will be prepared.

Client will make the required payments as per the schedule given to him to start and continue with execution of design.
-
Only 5% amount can be retained by the client until successful completion of work.
-
Client is expected to make a payment of balance 5% amount within 10 days of completion.

Taxes as applicable.
